Meg Bartley is a seasoned operations manager with a penchant for putting into place results-focused systems that facilitate healthy business and growth. Her work focuses on advancing organizational goals and navigating any challenges that face the organization.
Before joining Merchant McIntyre, Meg served as finance and operations director for Our Climate, a nonprofit focused on empowering youth advocates for a better future. While there, Meg implemented numerous systems and handled all budgetary matters to help ensure the organization was equipped to fulfill its mission.
Previously, Meg worked as a Division I lacrosse coach and then director of operations for the women's lacrosse team at her alma mater, Virginia Tech, where she also played lacrosse.
Outside the office, you can often find Meg at her hometown beach in Lewes, Delaware, or crafting anything and everything that comes into her mind.
