Yasmine joined the MM team driven by a commitment to uplift rural and underserved communities across the United States. Since joining the firm, she has supported local governments, hospitals, and technical colleges in securing federal funding, delivering millions of dollars for critical initiatives ranging from addressing firefighting workforce shortages to implementing roadway safety measures that reduce fatal accidents.

Prior to joining MM, she worked as a lead project consultant for Allied Command Transformation at the North Atlantic Treaty Organization, an international cybersecurity consultant for USAID, and a research fellow at the Sigur Center for Asian Studies. She has also held myriad leadership roles in the fields of electoral politics, social justice advocacy, and the non-profit sector. A former figure skater, she can often be found practicing at a local rink or cheering on her favorite athletes at international competitions.
