Led by the Town of Windsor, CA, MM was thrilled to attend a site visit of Bioforcetech’s biodryers and pyrolysis unit at Silicon Valley Clean Water in Redwood City. MM enjoyed joining representatives from the City of Santa Rosa, City of Healdsburg, Sonoma County Water Agency, Rural Community Assistance Corporation (RCAC), and members of Senator Feinstein’s staff to learn more about the biodrying and pyrolysis processes that can support a “Net Zero” future for Windsor.
Windsor’s “Net Zero” goal is a multi-year undertaking that will require significant partnerships at the state, regional, and national level. Merchant McIntyre Associates is excited to continue building relationships between the Town and Department of Energy, Bureau of Reclamation, Environmental Protection Agency, and Windsor’s Congressional delegation to identify critical funding and technical support mechanisms that will drive this major project forward.
